The operators of the Kouponi service (hereinafter: "we") respect users'
privacy and endeavor to maintain information in a responsible and
transparent manner. This policy applies to use of the Kouponi
application and its official website (if any). Use of the service
constitutes consent to this policy, unless otherwise required by law.
What information is collected
Name and email from the sign-in provider (Google) for account
creation, verification, and management.
Telephone numbers, business or store addresses, and images uploaded
by users or business owners — according to what you fill in or
upload in the application.
If you enable push notifications, a push notification token
identifying the device/application will be collected and stored —
for the purpose of delivering updates and notifications. You may
turn off notifications in the device settings or through the
application, according to the available interface.
Basic technical data may be generated automatically through the
service infrastructure (for example operational and error logs with
hosting providers) — for security and stability.
How the information is used
Operating the service, creating an account, and managing a user or
business profile.
Displaying coupons and benefits, managing content, and improving the
user experience.
Support, handling inquiries, and compliance with legal requirements
as applicable.
Location and device permissions
The application does not use GPS and does not request location
permission from the device.
Selecting a city to filter coupons is done manually only and is not
based on automatic location.
Third-party providers and services
The service relies on infrastructure providers, including Google
Firebase (authentication, database, storage) and notification
infrastructure (such as Expo) for sending push — in accordance with
the policies and terms of those providers.
Sign-in with Google is also subject to Google's privacy policy and
terms of use as the identity provider.
Personal information is not sold to third parties for advertising
purposes. Disclosure of information to providers is made for the
purpose of operating the service and subject to confidentiality and
data protection obligations, or when required by law.
Data security and transfers
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information. It is not
possible to guarantee absolute security in every circumstance.
Use of international cloud servers may include storage or processing
outside your country of residence; the providers are subject, among
other things, to their commitments regarding data protection.
Data retention
Information is retained while the account is active, as required to
operate the service, comply with the law, or for a reasonable period
thereafter — as required to complete deletion or legal retention.
User rights
You may request access to, correction of, or updating of inaccurate
information — by contacting the support email below or through the
application, as appropriate.
Account deletion is performed from within the application; see the
"Account deletion" section.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from within the application: "More" tab
→ "User details" → "Delete account".
No separate form or external website is required to perform the
deletion. If you do not have access to the application, you can
contact us by email and we will assist in accordance with our policy
and verification procedures.
User age and minors
The application is intended for use by persons age 16 and older.
The service is not intended for minors under 16, and we do not
knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you are
a parent and have concerns, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
Updates may be made from time to time. The current policy will be
shown in the application and on the official website (if any). In
the event of a material change we will display a notice in the
application or request renewed consent, as required by law.
